Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. July of 2024 I paid $4,100 to have my roof repaired for a small leak. Everything seemed great until about a year later almost when the roof leaked in the exact same spot. Since it was “guaranteed” for a year, I called and emailed to have someone come out and look. I was given the run around they couldn’t locate my invoice, when I finally sent a copy the “found” it. The email was responded to about 3 months later so good thing I called. A representative came out, was on the roof for about 10 minutes, said there was a gap between siding and roof, put some silicon in it and called it a day. Now less than a year after their “repair” and two years almost after I paid $4,100 my roof is leaking again in the same spot. So now I am just as stressed out as I was 1.5 years ago only I’ve now paid out over $4,000 and I have to find someone to repair the same thing. Sorry but when you give professionals over $4,000 you expect the issue to be fixed the first time, and guaranteed work should have been fixed more than silicon in a gap in the siding and roof that probably should have been taken care of when I paid $4,100 to this company the first time? So frustrated that I have the same leak and I’ve basically been scammed out of $4,100 for a repair that wasn’t even done right. Find someone else, I should have.
