The crew arrived early in morning and worked until dark , respecting my house, privacy, maintaining an unobtrusive environment. Each crew member was respectful . The manager informed me immediately of mold he found in the wood in the foundation , asking me permission to increase the expense, and proceed in removing and replacing , offering options .
